Day 29 – exercise freak out

Day two of my commitment to exercising — do 2 days make a trend? I biked to the dock and the park and did the elliptical machine for 30 minutes. Tomorrow, I’m going to try on some size 6 pants. Two days of exercise = dropping 20 pounds, right? I thin

10 pounds a day seems fair. It’s a good thing our scale batteries are dead; otherwise, I’d have to deal with reality. My full-length mirror “accidentally” broke, so I don’t have that reality to face either.
Anyone want to join me for a morning walk? Say 7:30–I want to be back early enough to go shopping for my size 6 wardrobe — but I’m not buying scale batteries or a new mirror. Reality just isn’t that fun.
