What I did during my summer vacation…

Day 30 – happy 4th

Enjoyed a relaxing but fun day with my family at the Mcville picnic. Great food and lovely music, but muy caliente. Jeff was a great sport despite crutches and the hot plastic boot he has to wear for at least two more weeks.
In other health news, I think I’ve contracted dropsy if that is what incessant sleepiness is called. I woke up late 8ish and was so shocked at my laziness that I went back to sleep until 10. Them after the picnic, I took an hour-long map. Aargh –it’s gotta be some dreaded disease and not pure laziness, right?

It must be spreading! Little Phil slept for 14 hours last night. I went to work and woke him up briefly before I left. He told me when I got him that he didn’t get up until 2:15 pm. Whatever it is please keep it. 🙂
